Three 125 metre high Turbines are now planned. Each two and a half times the height of St Dionysius Church in Harborough (160 feet high.)

Big Ben Clock tower is shorter than the turbines at 96.3 metres (315.9 ft)

The London Eye is just 10 metres taller and from that you can see 40 Kilometres (24.8 miles)

The Turbines at Burton Latimer Wind Farm (past Kettering on the A14) are   99.5 metres.

The Gartree Proposal is for 125m height with a Rotor diameter of 90 Metres.

A Jumbo Jet 747- 400 wingspan is  64.4 metres.

The Rotor diameter at Burton Latimer is 71 m.
